... whoever said one cannot get to the top without another person's help was a genius.

I understand this statement yet it's hard for me to stop from trying to do everything myself. The reason is if your success is dependent upon another person's ability to perform, there is a huge problem. People aren't built the same way and people have different aspirations. Thus, what you think is important might not be important in someone's mind.

I remember when I was the president of a school club. Nothing got done and I almost ended up doing everything myself. It wasn't a surprise our club failed that semester. I knew what was going on but I couldn't find a cure. I didn't want to motivate people. I didn't want to tell people to do their jobs. I believed in responsibility and dignity. In other words, take care of your own shiet. If you don't want to work, why on earth are you in a freaking school club? As you can see, my personality works better in the private sector. Here, I give you a job. If you don't do it, you're fired. If you do a shietty job, good bye and please don't come again. In an environment where you can't fire people, you have to motivate them. Hello government jobs.

That's not to say I don't motivate people. I do. I use a different approach and try to get people going when the future is dim. However, I only motivate people who I know have work ethics.

In other news, the PLO book is on schedule to release. There have been a few updates since the pre-release. I hope you guys like the cover. Good luck everyone!
