The Poker Reunion

... and poker updates.

I love the WSOP. I'd like to call it The Poker Reunion. Since most of us operate by ourselves online, it's nice to put faces to random words online. It's also a great chance for us to make new friends. If we are somehow associated via by any type of 6 degrees or 90 degrees, please don't hesitate to say hi.

The one thing I love about Vegas is that hot air at 3 or 4am. It's refreshing in an unhealthy kind of way. I feel free and I can't wait to smell the Vegas air again. I feel like I am coming home. Of course, I will be sick of Vegas after being there for two weeks. We'll worry about that then!

Poker has been awesome lately. I was going to write a blog during my run but I didn't want to jinx myself. Writing this entry meant that my run kind of ended but June is around the corner! But I am happy with the results. I can't wait until the end of the year to have the whole PLO graph up. It's not pretty but hopefully, the peak point keeps increasing.

As many of you have realized, there are more and more poker ebooks coming out, both from us and from our competitors. I am not surprised to see such an influx of text. Fortunately, writing a good poker book requires a lot of time and effort from an individual. I haven't been to the Rio yet but from what I heard, CR's exposure is pretty ridiculous. I can't wait to see it because I know it will give me goosebumps. These kind of business situations excite me.

I probably won't play that much while in Vegas. I will definitely write a lot though. HINT!
